Our commitment
We are working to make this website conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Accessibility is part of how the site is designed and built, not an afterthought — and we treat it as ongoing work rather than a finished state.
Measures we take
Semantic structure
Pages are built with semantic HTML — landmarks, lists, and a logical heading order — so assistive technology can navigate them reliably.
Keyboard navigability
We design every interactive element — navigation, forms, accordions — to be reachable and operable by keyboard alone.
Visible focus indicators
A clear focus outline appears on links, buttons, and form fields as you move through the page by keyboard, so you can see where you are.
Text alternatives
Every meaningful image carries descriptive alt text, including our floor-plan drawings.
Contrast-checked palette
The site’s color palette is checked against WCAG contrast requirements for text and interface elements.
Reduced motion
Animation is restrained throughout, and the site respects your system’s reduced-motion preference.
Known limitations
Our floor-plan drawings are large, detailed images. Each is provided with descriptive alt text summarizing the layout, but the fine detail of a drawing cannot be fully conveyed in text. If you would like any drawing explained, contact us and a member of the team will walk you through it.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site, please tell us. We take reports seriously and will work to address them.
