Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the website operated by ACSIOM Designs (“ACSIOM”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and stores information. It covers this website only. If we begin collecting information in ways not described here, we will update this policy and the date above before doing so.

The personal information we ask you for is what you choose to submit through the inquiry, consultation, waitlist, and deposit forms on this site:

• Your name and email address.
• Optionally, depending on the form: phone number, ZIP code, the model you are interested in, property ownership, intended use, timeline, budget range, project type, and a free-text message.
• A marketing-consent choice. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default; we send marketing communications only if you opt in.

Separately, when you submit a form, our server briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions and prevent abuse. It is held in memory for that purpose only and is not stored with your submission. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs of requests to the site.

When you first arrive, the page you landed on is stored in your browser’s sessionStorage, together with the domain name of the website that referred you and any campaign parameters (UTM tags) in the link you followed, when there are any. This storage lives in your browser, is limited to your current browsing session, and is cleared when the session ends. If you submit a form, this attribution is included with your submission so we know how you found us.

When analytics is enabled on the site, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage — pages viewed, forms started, and similar events. We have configured IP anonymization. Google Analytics may set cookies and processes data under Google’s privacy policy. When analytics is not enabled, no analytics data is collected.

Payments on this site are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted payment pages. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe; ACSIOM never receives or stores card numbers. Stripe processes payment information under Stripe’s privacy policy.

We use the information you submit to respond to your request — answering your inquiry, scheduling a consultation, or keeping you informed about a model you asked about — and, if you opt in, to send you marketing communications. Campaign attribution and analytics are used to understand how people find and use the site.

We do not sell personal information.

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase and delivered to our team by email through Resend, which also sends the confirmation email you receive after submitting a form. The site itself is hosted by Vercel. These providers, together with those named above (Stripe for payments, and Google when analytics is enabled), process information on our behalf so that we can respond to you.

Beyond those service providers, we do not share your personal information with anyone.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Reach us using the contact details below and we will honor your request.

If you are a California resident, California law provides you with rights regarding your personal information, which may include:

• The right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it — described in this policy.
• The right to request deletion of your personal information.
• The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• The right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
