Deposits follow your consultation and written quote — never the other way around. By the time you reach this step, you and the ACSIOM team will have reviewed your model, configuration, and quote together; the deposit simply secures your project.

Your deposit is tied to your product or project reference so it is applied to the right project.
Refund & cancellation policy
Provided to you in writing before payment.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered only on Stripe’s hosted checkout page — ACSIOM never sees or stores them.
