If you are uncertain which ADU size your site can accommodate, tell us about your property. A Site Assessment evaluates whether a selected ACSIOM model may be appropriate for the property and identifies conditions that could affect design, permitting, construction or budget.

The online site assessment is available for a nominal fee. The fee amount is confirmed with you before any payment is requested — submitting this form does not charge you.
