During your consultation and site review, we walk through the stages of your specific project — from qualification and permitting through production and delivery — so you have a realistic picture before committing.

How do pricing and deposits work?

Pricing is provided through consultation, based on your model, configuration, and site conditions. When a project moves forward, any deposit is handled through Stripe’s secure hosted checkout — ACSIOM never stores your card details — and the applicable refund and cancellation policy is shared with you in writing before any payment.

Can I use an ACSIOM home as a rental or investment property?

Many homeowners consider ADUs and small homes for long-term rental or multigenerational living. Whether that works for your property depends on local zoning and regulations, which are looked at as part of the site and regulatory review step.
